Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. We email you 3 days before the first charge, and you can cancel any time before then from the Billing page.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan never asks for payment details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or move down from the Billing page at any time. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the month.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. OneRank tells you which limit you've reached, and you can upgrade or free up space to add more.
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars, billed monthly by Stripe. Your bank may convert it to your own currency.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries the card again and emails you to update it. The full timeline is in our Terms.
Who sees my payment details?
Only Stripe. Payments happen on Stripe's secure pages, so your card details never reach OneRank.
